Talking about the efforts we make to stay green.
We are constantly looking for new processes that allow for more sustainable production by manufacturing products with less impact on the environment .
Some significant examples that attest to the efforts made so far.
GREENPOXY® RESINS:- This resin is manufactured with components derived from natural origin. GreenPoxy® 33 has been developed specifically for use in the press or other compression techniques. Sicomin's GreenPoxy® product range contains 28 to 51% carbon molecules derived from vegetable waste, GreenPoxy®33 contains 35%. All GreenPoxy® products are certified by the American BETA laboratories and French CNRS; their carbon levels are measured using carbon 14 dating according to standards (ASTM D6866 or XP CEN/TS 16640).
DIGITAL PRINTING:- We use HP Latex Digital Ink Printers exclusively. A new LATEX ink that revolutionizes the world of imaging and medium and large format printing. 100% natural and ecological without volatile pollutants and solvents, respectful of the environment because without ozone emission, and on top of that this ink composed of 70% water and 30% latex is not subject to the problem of "cleaning" (ink rejection after printing) which is lacking on solvent or eco-solvent ink printers,. This technology was declared the most environmentally friendly technology by the European Digital Press Association. A small drop with a big impact Latex printing technology makes it possible to produce odorless prints with sharp and intense image quality. The new HP Water-Based Latex Inks offer most of the benefits of solvent-based ink technology, but without the health, safety and environmental constraints. They are odorless and do not produce ozone emissions. They do not contain volatile pollutants Inks, are non-combustible and non-flammable. Durable prints with inks that resist scratches, dirt and water.
KIND OF CONSTRUCTION:- Content FSC©-CERTIFIED WOOD CORES All our wood cores are FSC-Certified, which means the forests they come from are socially, economically and environmentally viable, allowing today's and long-term needs to be met durably. And much more..........
Currently testing water-based screen printing inks, the total removal of plastic packaging, flip flop die cut bases for no waste and much more.
